Sessions: Mondays and Wednesdays 6:00pm -7:15pm

Cost: $300

Ages: 1st-8th grade

For insurance purposes payment and forms must be received by the second session.

This session is geared toward introduction to wrestling and introduction to competition for new wrestlers interested in learning wrestling, tumbling, and body awareness. The focus will be on: 

• Introduction to wrestling 

• Body awareness 

• Drilling

• Live wrestling

• Match preparation

Sessions are held at La Costa Canyon High School in the wrestling room located on the backside of the gym. Please park in the main lot and follow the signs. There will be no access allowed through the gym. Kids must be signed in by an adult and released to an adult. NO DROP OFFS
